Script to make a graphic appear when flash has finished playing?

Hi al

basically I am building a webpage on a web software. I have a flash video and I have a navigation bar. Two separate files. I want the navigation bar to appear on top of the flash animation only After the animation has finished playing.

OR

the movie is abt 20secs so if I can make the bar appear 25 secs afterwards?

I need script to add to my current page so it does this
