Comparability issue major problem

I'm having a major problem with one of my sites when it runs in ie but not in any other browser.

If you go to this page Animals Gym - Home in either firefox or chrome or safari you will see how the page is ment to look but if you go to it in ie you will see that the boxes on the left hand side are screwed up. When you view source code through the browser you can see that it is exactly the same. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this please because the site owner is getting very annoyed about this issue.

Thanks guys

Blackhawkso
