What kind of dynamism could I add?

Hello,
I wonder how could I add dynamic system for a user to add content from administration since the web I created is in Html+css...is there any scripts or cms I could add easily to my html design?

Well it would depend on how much interaction you were after, are we talking about a full profile per user, blogs etc. It would be useful to see some links to the current website to see how you have it set up but there is plenty of CMS' out there and depending what you were after and depending on what you know about PHP/MYSQL you could make one yourself.
