Image submission form?

Hi huys,
Hopefully in the right place here.

I'm looking for a file submission form to accompany my website and don't really know where to start.

Ideally I'm for a type of button which allows visitors to browse their computers and allow images to be uploaded to my picasa account.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but could do with a little pointer if poss.
