if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have created an html form. Instead of a sumit button I would like to have a Print button instead. The form consists of several text boxes and a few check boxes. i want to allow the user to fill the html form and then print it out so they may fill in the parts that need to be filled in by hand. Now when the form prints I would like it to print out withouth the URL information. Like an online application. Perphaps when clicking on the print button it could send it to a PDF file so it can print. Any help would be greatly appreacited.

I don't know offhand the code you're looking for, but there are ways to put a "print" button on a regular page.. could you have them "submit" the form, even partially filled out, then return the results on a regular html page, and put a print button on that?

In the meantime, if I run across anything, I'll post it back here.
