Provide the UI to resize the SVG image

Hi all,

I am new to HTML5 & SVG. I am trying to show a svg image in html which we can resize.

In my SVG i have one rect tag which i need to resize.

download inkscape.... that will take care of all the needs to fiddle with the code.... if it's a static svg-thats the easiest way to do this.

k thanks, how to dynamically resize that svg rect using scripts. Jquery is better for me.
