One click multimedia downloads?

I maintain a site for a band, and they are having me create a page of videos of them performing for booking agents to download and watch. Right now we have all the files formatted as mpgs and set up to play in the person's default media player when they click on it. However, they also want people to be able to download the files, but instead of putting instructions on the page telling them how to right click and save target as, they want me to figure out a way where there can just be a link that says "click here to download to your hard drive" and when they click on it, the save dialog box automatically pops up. Is this possible??? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

How To One Click Download File

<p><b><font face="Tahoma" size="2">
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/audiofolder/yourmp3.mp3">Click Here To
Download</a></font></b></p>

If you link directly to the MP3 It will play in the users default media player.
I suggest you zip the files for two reasons. One it compresses the media for faster downloading for dial up users and second it will allow for the (1) click downloading.

I think zipping is the best option too, and I'm going to try and get them to agree to that; however, their main concern is that the booking agents who want to download the files aren't exactly tech-savvy, and they want it to be as easy and brainless as possible for these people to get the files on their hard drives. They want a one-click download and I told them I'd look into it and see if it was possible. Thanks for the reply.
