do any of you know about a script that randomly redirects the viewer to a the port with the least viewers? It's ok if you don't know but, dows anyone know how to get an image or an object right at the top with no gaps?

There is no way to tell how many viewers there are on a site using JavaScript, it's run entierly on the client machine and has no built-in connections to the server.
If you want to place an image exactly where you want it, set its style like this:
style="position:absolute;top:0;left:0;"
