MVC Architecture

Can you give me a simple example of MVC Architecture using JSP,Servlets and Beans ..

eg.. retrieving some information from the database and populating the bean and using that bean in JSP

JavaScript isn't suited for databases since it's executed entierly on the client and there's almost no security involved.
Are you sure you're not looking for Java? People often confuse them with eachother because of the names...
