Why use something plugin-based when JavaScript can handle it without any problems?

Could you give a few more details? Wuld be great if you had an example of what you want to do.

I want to show the animation for the forecast models like dew point,humidity,etc...

I have to set up a script such that I have to simulate it by clicking on options like 24hr forecast,36 hr forecast,48 hr forecast.....More detail can be explained by looking at this site

If you want the script at that site, then take it. It's JavaScript so the full source is there and it looks like they too took it from somewhere else. (Judging by the copyright notice in the source code)

You'd just have to set up your server-side code to write out the correct filenames (and number of files to animate) at the beginning of the script to make it work.

Btw, the ANIS approach is a Java applet, not JavaScript, which I pointed out to you in this post: http://www.programmingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=19983 so ask in the other forum about that please.
