Pop up on mouse click

And i would like it to only show up after a text object has been clicked

And then to disappear if the text object is clicked again (this bit not so important)

Please can anyone help me, i've been struggling for hours.
(btw, not begging, i still have dignity... even though i feel beaten by a computer
