Replace DIV content if Flash is installed

Hi,

I have a problem. Normally I don't use Jvascript, but for this one, I feel it could be of use, the thing is though that I don't know a single bit of it, so I was wondering if someone could help me with this:

I have this DIV on my site:
Code:
<div id="wowdesc"> ... content ... </div>
What I want to do is via Javascript first check if the user has Macromedia Flash installed. If he/she has, I want it to replace the content of the DIV with an embedding of a Flash file, otherwise just display the content.

Thanks.

Here you are.. this explains detection of Flash but the other JavaScript you need to look into is "innerHTML" for updating the <div> tag.
