Creating form-based emails with attachments.

Does anyone know how to include file attachment capabilities in an email form? The DreamWeaver file field under Forms does not function correctly for me.

I am trying to create an email form where when they click submit an email is generated that includes whatever attachments they included.

I'm not sure how to solve this with JavaScript, if it can be done.

Does the server support PHP or ASP? Will the mails be sent to you? Are you using a serverside script to send the email, or will it be sent with the users' default email client (<form action="mailto:you@home.com">)? And so on...
