alot of people these days disable javascript. granted for the wrong reasons, but still, alot of users do, therefore making these links useless really.

How can it be useless to post links to JavaScript resources in a JavaScript forum?
That some people decide to disable it is hardly relevant, especially considering that JavaScript is used all over the internet. Not to mention the large amount of people who want to learn using it.
