needing help with tracking and link creation

Hello to you!!!
I am really needing some help here. Could be that I'm blonde who knows?
I need to know how to create a dynamic link. If I was to have a link that was...
http://domain.com/?source=
and you could type anything after the = to allow me to track clicks.
