First time poster needs help with a mouseover submit form button mess.

I've spent a couple hours trying to figure it out ot no avail. What I'm trying to create is a form that can be submited by a mouse over changing image. Thanks in advance.

Do you mean when a person clicks the submit button it will change to something like "please wait..."?
