I'm looking for someone to finish a discussion board written in php using a mysql database. It's about 33% complete. I am taking bids on this prject and will go with the best bid. I would like to have this finished within 7 days time of start.

private messages - inbox, sent, compose, saved
avatars
deleted post date - fix bug
template for index.php
hide location in profile
hide email in profile - change to send mail popup
finish search
make topic sticky
lock topic
fix "move thread" date and post count
fix members list in admincp
add quick reply
add ban member, ban by name, email address, ip
15 newest topics page
flood control - 30 seconds time elapse before another post
forums.php - add "last post" title
database back up utility
