I run a small autosurf and gonna add some new features in it.
I`m going to offer some downloads and members should pay them with credits they earn with surfing.
What I`m trying to do - the download site is `open` for everyone to look, but when a download link is clicked the program should verify if the clicker is a member and if so - is there enough credits in his account to buy a download- and if so , download should start and credits minus downloadprice.
And if not a member - a page with aomething like `you should register or login first`

I know this should be quite simple, but I can`t get it running so if someone is interested to make me a script I`m willing to pay few dollars for helping me out.

English is not my first language - so hope someone understood what I ment.
