i am looking to get my web site redone.

what i want:
an integrated design that features a unified login for email and forum features, with some content "blocks" on the side of (this is important) every page.

what it should be:
a phpbb mod with some static pages. the static pages would be for downloads and games. i would like a quick way to add new entries.

what i've got to work with:
phpbb
mysql
subdomains
75mb space
ftp
cpanel
more
