Seeking: An individual(s) who is(are) willing to dedicate their time to scripts contracted through my organization. Not interested in someone who wants to run this "their" way because I contract the scripts but you are in control of it all. You cannot slack and scripts are expected to be completed by a deadline.
How it works: I simply "give" work out to freelancers who are struggling to find work. Because we act as a team and not as an independent, we are better respected. Though scripts do not "fly" in the door (though I wish they did!) the freelancers will "bid" on a project. Whoever is willing to do the job for the least price, unless a programmer is specificaly asked for, will get the job. If none decide to pick a project that has come in because it is not paying good enough, that person will most likley re-consider - because we hold are expectations higher than those independents at gofreelancers.com. Once we get a customer to understand that, that is a "won" customer. I do not expect this to be a "battle" though it seems like it is. We're a team.
Requirements: Dedication, Inspiration, Willing to learn, intuitive, good attitude.
There is lots of money in the PHP/MySQL fields these days, and all it takes to get some of that money is smarts. Most of us have made some dough on the side by doing projects for random clients but joining a SERIOUS development group is where the big bucks are at. What it takes to get serious is serious developers. Im serious, are you?
