Hello,
I'm in need of a php/mysql script to start a hosts directory.
The admin must have the option to create and remove categories, and to define the fields of each category.
A voting system is also needed, visitors must be able to rate each host in the directory.
Hosters must be able to create an account and add their sites to the directory.
Search function with various filters like space, transfer, features, wich will vary from category to category is a must.
A live example of what i need is hostspotlight.net

How much can this cost me?
Can any php programmer quote this job?
If i find the price good i might contract the programmer.
