I am looking for someone who could build or code a web application such as DanceAge.com or Raaga.com , where the site would:

1. Have an admin control panel
2. Streams media in either mp3 or Windows Media format (Customized Pop up Player)
3. All the data is stored into MySql database
4. The code could protect media from being downloaded

All the media files are already encoded using Microsoft Media Encoder (.wma)and the information regarding artist names and albums are ready to be published. The flash player is also available for you to work with and it contains all the important information and documentation you need.

I would still prefer you to have some knowledge of web media and streaming methods as well as securing the file sources and url's.

I will provide you a fast host to run your and show me your work process as well as tips and information regarding anything related to media encoding etc.

Please look at those websites listed above and thats exactly what I am looking for.

I am open to any sort of negotiation regarding the cost and other aspects of this project.
