We're getting slammed with work and will need to hire project by project freelancers. This isn't full time but will be on call as needed. So if you want to make a few extra dollars here and there, we can sure use the extra help.
Age , college experience or certification does not matter. What DOES matter is: quality, creativity, and experience. You must have a portfolio to show. And we must be allowed to contact past client(s) if requested. Sorry but no sub contrators outside of the United States.
We are very organized and we will require keeping track of time sheets, a signed contract, and will expect you to be available when you state you can be.
The contract will simply state that you will be doing sub contract work for us, that the work can't be claimed as your own (if you have sub contract fees, please let us know), description of what services you will be providing us and at what payment rates, contact methods, etc. You will be free to work for other people.
As far as availability, we always ask if you are available before giving you a project, we will ask an estimate of when it can be done and when you will be available to chat on instant messenger when we need to. Please estimate wisely, that is a big pet peeve when things aren't done when promised.
