Small ASP.NET Script Needed $$$

I need an ASP.NET script that'll connect to an XML document on a remote webserver and parse the xml into a WSX playlist file for Windows Media. The XML file is only about six lines so there's not much parsing to do! I'd like it to be written using C# but VB.NET is cool too. This script would take me 15 minutes to write in PHP so I'm guessing it'll take about the same amount of time in ASP.NET. The "reward" for this is $20. If you're interested please PM me for details.
