I have a PHP job needed to be done, here's the details:
- Basically, I need to add a function to the software MediaWiki (mediawiki.org), so that Sysop can proofread and approve any change and newly added pages before they are displayed to public, that's all
- Some requirements:
+ None of the current database structure of the software should be altered, use other tables if neccesary (of course it is neccesary).
+ If someone edit a page that has been changed and is pending for approval, he can see the changes, and is able to edit that.
+ The current files of the software should be changed as little as possible, put all your functions in a separate file.
+ The "pending approval" page should be added to the Sysops special pages.
+ Pending approval status of any page can not be seen by public, unless the viewer decide to edit the page.
Deliverables:
- Source code
- An informal document: Well I don't need anything special, but at least I need to know what the new data tables are, and what files was changed....
Terms:
- Payment will be made by Paypal only
- I will not make any payment until you can show a working script on YOUR server. I will send the payment before you send me the code but I need to see it works first. I can make a deposit of maximum 20% upfront, but only if you can show your credibility. However I will prefer people who don't require a deposit.
- I will own all rights of the script.
- Must finish before Saturday 9/10
As the requirement is clear and simple, and I will pay after you can make the script work, I don't require anything from you. Anyone can apply for this. You don't need to show me your portfolio or anything if you don't want to, unless you need a deposit.
