I need someone who knows what they are doing with php and design but wants an opportunity to have steady income without worrying about where the next job is coming. This work won't be that intense...and once I describe it too you you will understand, all the payment details will be worked out before any work is expected, and I need someone who speaks Fluent English, and is online often, I dont' necessarily need you to be online for work, but I need to be able to keep in touch with whoever is working with me. Like I said this project has great potential not only for me but whoever decides to help me either as a partner or a commision based effort. This will like I said all be worked out before we get anywhere, but what I mostly need is someone who can develop and design with me while I do the other things, I am the brains but I need the brawn in other words lol!
