Web Directory Script
We are looking for a developer who can modify a script that will do the following.

The customizations needed will be as follows:
We will implement a site that will act as a yellow pages directory for real estate companies.
We have the company name, address, and phone number which will be imported from a csv file.
Each company will be imported into the correct category. Categories will be the state and the subcategory will be the city.
Users need to search by City, State, and or Zip code.
Once we import the companies using the CSV files, a unique user name and password will be generated for that company to login to their account. Once in their account, they can add their web site address, e-mail, and a short description about their company.
We will need the site to be able to export in a csv file the new user name and password information attached to the company for mailing purposes.
This section is critical. When the Companies information is exported, the information should create an individual word document that will be in letter format so we can print a letter to each company with their user name and password to access the system.
This may be able to be done another way. For instance, maybe a small software app can import the company information, give it a unique User name and pass then add it to the web site so the user can login.
I am looking for some help on this. If you have any input or can develop a system that meets these requirements than please let me know.
We can talk more about the system if you think it is something you are capable of. There are a few other features that would be needed.
