I need an advanced and well-programmed script, very similar to http://www.freeipods.com

- Member signs up, creates a username/password

- Member must complete X ammount of online offers from sponsors (must have admin controls to set variables)

- Script must somehow track the user, to confirm they signed up for one of the sponsor websites.

- Then, user must refer X ammout of friends to do the same.

- When completed, admin will be notified, user will be mailed his prize.

Offer: $1000, figuring about 40 hours of work at $25/hour (this is the maximum ammout for the entire project, if you think you'd need more than this, please do not contact me - will pay more if we choose to add additional features, etc in the future).
