Hi everybody,
We are looking for somebody with experience in PHP & MySql...
The solution we need is very simple but not as simple to explain.
i will try my best to briefly explain it here but all serious enquiries will receive a detailed discription of what is required.
okay here it is....
1. A secure MySql database which can store the following information....
Date - Ticket No. - Password - Round1 - Round2 - Username
( quiet simple? yes ? )
okay... the Ticket No. & Password will be filled with information.
The Round1 & Round2 fields will default to No but are tick boxes when viewed in form view...
The Date will Autocomplete with the current date when a Username is entered
2. Admin interface... Will require a login page with the usual username password field... a standard feature i guess with a protected directory.
3. Admin interface... reports view
A standard report view with (filter by) buttons for.... Round1 complete, Round2 complete, Both Rounds complete.
A link to another page to Add/Remove Records
and a search box filter for Ticket Number, Date, Username.
4. Admin interface.... Add/Remove Records
This view as you guessed is to Add/Remove a record all mentioned fields will be editable ( Date - Ticket No. - Password - Round1 - Round2 - Username )
An Update database button will be required to save the information to the database.
A Delete record button to delete the current record being shown.
A new record button to view the next available record without a username entered...
And a search field to view a particular ticket no...
5. Integration with CMS
We will require the user page to integrate with a CMS system ( don't think it's a good idea to give out the name... no free advertising from us i guess )
So that when a user logs into the members area using the CMS
the link to the user page automatically filters the records shown to the user by their username fields in the database...
they are only given an option to either tick or untick the records they can see.... )
They cannot search or navigate the database...
Don't look mystified we will give the name of the CMS so you can download a free 30 day copy and integrate the solution with it..
and of course test the system...
