PHP script required

I am looking for a script that would be very similar to the site listyed below.

It is kinda like a review script, but fully administratable with user registration, confirmation, admin pre-moderation before submissions are viewable to other users.

Must be template driven so I can change the look should I change the site design.
Similar search parameters (editable through admin) as the script will be used for en entirely different industry.

Sorry cannot afford to pay too much for the script as it will be non-profitable.

Offers welcomed on the board to encourage bidding :-D

$250? That's kinda high IMO for that kind of script.

Its mainly the search function, a basic review script is easy. I'm not good at templates, I usually just put all color variables ina file for you to edit.

That guy does charge a lot, I have noticed that. He set a quote for a download systeM: $150. Which would take less then 2 hours to get most of it all complete.

Thats a bargain if your time is worth $100/hour. It is expensive if your time is worth $20/hour. Its all relative.

Well I'm just saying he sets quotes. People should charge an hourly wage and work on it a set amount of time a day.

Another thing to consider is that usually if you find a programmer whos time is worth that much per hour, their work is often worth it, quality wise anyway.

IMO of course

I can do this for $75 with no less than a week deadline. I use flat-file based template engine and add another $10 for unlimited custom styles.
