Hello, I want a site like www.hotcodez.com I'll explain more about it.

It's a extremely simple site, and here's how I want it to operate.

Via an Admin Panel:

The first command would be: Submit Code
And when you submit a code you would have a little form with the following stuff that is required to be filled in...:

Artist: <Artist of Song>
Title: <Title of Song>
Category: <What Category it goes in>
Code: Big box to put the code in.

Categories would be: Songs, Videos, Layouts, Pictures, Quizzes

Then click 'Submit Code' and it creates a page like this:

I also want a search feature, like at the top:
Home | Browse Artists: 0-9 A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z

Then for each letter and '0-9', there would be:
http://www.hotcodez.com/artists/A

A list - A continue to next page option.

Then on the main page, I want there to be:
Top 15 Files:
[File] [xxx hits]

Newest 10:
[File] [Category it's in] [hits]

Also, on the left side of the layout, will be the categories:
Music Videos
Songs
Layouts
Pictures
Quizzes
and if they click on one it brings them to the list of music videos or w/e they clicked. Then when clicking it, it takes you to a page that was created from the 'Submit code' admin panel.

The order of the lists when u click on a category should be (By default) Alphabetical Order. The other options should be: Newly Added(Order by which ones were added first), Hits (How much hits the code has got), and that should do it.

And I want the layout to be rather simple, something blue-ish and dark bg but we'll get more on that to the actual coder/designer.

Also want a search button at the top

This is an extremely simple script and I don't expect the price to be too high.

No offence.. but if it is extremely simple/easy.. why dont you create it? instead of having to pay someone to do it for you? if not then let me know.. maybe we could work something out.

This is one of those scripts that might appear easy and simple at first. But you aren't realizing the power you are giving the user. You're allowing code to be uploaded into your database and on your pages.
You will have to check the code wisely, because this is playing with fire. If a person figures out a way to enter their own scripts, code, ect into your site you can be looking at a complete loss of files, databases, and possible access to your own server.
If you want this site written well your going to be looking at a price range above $500, anything below that you will have a some bedroom freelance-by-manual coder who doesn't know the first thing about security.

Yep. This is not a simplistic script and it's very, very easy to write blatantly insecure scripts. It's not a trivial task to write a secure system, especially one that allows uploads to your database. I also agree that $500 would be a realistic starting point for this kind of script.
