Question What would you charge?

What would you guys charge for a Windows Application written in VB NET that allows me to:

Enter a password to enter the program (pwd from a database)
Press a button to bring up a form that allows me to enter user information about an order (date, name, description, address), and shipping information.
Then the program takes the tax rate from a database and calculates the:
Enter Subtotal (entered by me)
Tax (figured from tax rate in database)
Delivery charge (entered by me)
total due (calculated by program)

After all the information is entered, I can save it to the database, look up an individual user or description and print out a preformatted invoice?

The print function would be available from the create invoice and print invoice forms.

The database used is MS Access from Office XP Pro.

So, what would you charge?

You can leave a message here or PM me.

Thanks!

Update

I forgot, You would also have to create the database of 3 tables with 8 fields in one, 4 in another and two in the other.
