R&D ENGINEER ANIMATION
Primary Responsibilities & Qualifications
Experience in software architectures for animation tools
Must have extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in 3d animation techniques and algorithms
Ability to communicate with end-users and end-user groups to determine technical requirements and disseminate information regarding project status
Engineering or Scientific Bachelors degree is preferred (Advanced Degree is highly preferred)
Up to 4 years of experience in a computer graphics field.
Experience with either the film or animation system industry
Primary responsibilities will include:
Development of software and/or systems under the direction of a department project lead.
Mentor other junior engineers with maintenance and bug fixing of existing software and/or systems.
Participate in discussions surrounding future applications and/or systems regarding their appropriateness of solution.
