I am in the process of building a new site, and due to my lack of skill in Web Programming I am looking to pay someone to build me a script. The script is relatively simple in my opinion. I'm not looking for anything flashy. I don't need any fancy Admin CP or whatever, just a barebones script that will do what I ask. As far as the script language goes, I am relatively unconcerned, I think PHP would be best, but it is not an issue. The script needs to do the following:

NOTE: Users DO NOT have to log on or register to use this service.
1) User enters site
2) User sees window like the following:

www.theenterkey.com/files/page1.html
3) After clicking the Pay Button, the user is sent to PayPal, where they can pay $5.00 via PayPal or Credit Card
4) User is redirected to a page that allows them to upload up to 5 files and enter text into a multiline text box
5) Upon user confirmation, the files are uploaded and stored to a new directory located at: "
www.mysiteurl.com/uploadedfiles/[date MM-DD-YY]/[time HH-MM-SS]/" and the contents of the multiline textbox are stored to a .txt file located at "
www.mysiteurl.com/uploadedfiles/[date MM-DD-YY]/[time HH-MM-SS]/includedtext.txt" After all files have been uploaded the information the user entered in step 2 along with the number of files uploaded and total file size and the user's IP address is stored to a log file located at "
www.mysiteurl.com/uploadedfiles/[date MM-DD-YY]/[date MM-DD-YY]uploads.log" (A new log is created for each day [server time]). The data is to be stored in the log file in the following format:
Name Email # of Files Files Size IP Address
If the Name and/or Email were not included in step 2 then "Unknown" is entered in their field.
6) User is redirected to a page confirming that their data has been uploaded and thanking them for visiting.
I am looking to take bids on this project. I am willing to pay the coder upon completion of the script, but would be willing to offer more (125%-150%) to the coder if (s)he is willing to accept their payment out of the initial profits of the site (If the balance hasn't been payed within 30 days I will pay it).
