I am looking for a programmer who can help set up the following:
a database similar to the one on
http://www.missingkids.com
with the following qualities:
-Ability to search by each field.
*i.e. search for say a black female missing from erie county in 1985
-form entry of data for both admin & site visitors.
-Ability to sort cases via several different options
-Ability for me to make changes to the form as the need arises.
-ability to work it all into an xoops based site.
