Need javascript help. Will pay a little.

I am working on a website for a community recreation center and am having problems with a simple cart with discounts.

Here's the big picture: Parent signs up 1 or more players, gets a $5 discount for each additional players, can pay with a check by mailing it in, or pay with PayPal after a $2 processing fee per player is added. I don't need any details going to PayPal, just the grand total.

Users will register their player for baseball by filling out my CSVwrite.pl form (already working), after submitting, it sends them to a printer friendly page where they will add the registration to their cart and check-out, or go back to another form and register another player. When they register their last player, they view the cart and have the option to pay with a Check, or with PayPal. If they pay with a Check, they will print out their total, and mail a check in. If they pay with PayPal, they will be charged a processing fee of $2 per player. When a grand total is received, they can then click the BuyNow button and be taken to pay at PayPal and finish paying.

Here is a link to my registration page.

I tried setting up NOPCart, but can't figure out the discount, so I haven't even gotten to a checkout page.

If there is a better way to make all this happen, I'm all ears. I don't think this is a big deal for a javascript savvy person. Give me a quote on making this work. I'm just a video guy trying to build a website and make a buck.

Thanks.
