Can someone create a script for a video site? $Reward$ More Details inside!

I need a video script which will:

A control panel which I can put in video URLs
The script will then output a new video every hour to the site.
All old videos will also be stored and can be accessed via (i.e. http://domainname.com/2154.html)
Users can rate videos and it is calculated how many people viewed it
Videos can also be organized by length, rating and # of views and category
Videos will have a description and there will be a search where users can search for a video.
Time until next video will also be shown.

Script similar to: http://www.hourlydump.com/
There are similar scripts being sold so you can just buy one and customize it to my needs...

Script prefferably done in php but it doesn't really matter.

Please contact me (AIM:glickstar11190, EMAIL: glickstar at gmail dot com or reply/PM) with a quote on how much this will cost or with any questions.

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi, I am the original owner of Hourly Dump .com

If there are any copyright infringements on this new website/script, expect legal action to be taken.

Just giving a headsup to any potential developers.

What do you mean copyright infringements, if they make the script from scratch then how can you get them done for copyright.

Its like the worlds first ever search engine sueing todays existing search engines for using their search engine idea.

It doesn't matter if the site was made from scratch. The idea would still be stolen from that site, the site functions would be stolen, everything - probably even the visual design to a great degree. That is copyright infringement. Since you like using analogies, that's like re-writing someone else's novel by hand and passing it off as your own - you made it from scratch, yo wrote it yourself, but it's still stolen. And your analogy is incorrect, because today's search engines may have similar functions as the first search engine, but the code is completely different and the algorithms, rating systems, et cetera, are completely different as well.

I am completely against this type of thing, "cloning" sites - as far as I'm concerned, "cloning" a site is theft and should be subject to criminal charges.

1) Obtaining a copy of any code/design/images would be theft.

2) Creating an exact copy of the site (i.e. identical interface) would be copyright infringment.

3) Using the same concepts but original code and new interface & graphics would be legal. Copyright protects work from being duplicated.. if you make something simmilar without copying someone else's work, it's not a breach of copyright.

4) If you want to stop someone using a simmilar idea, and prevent them from creating it via a completely original means, that is what a patent is for (nobody can use your idea, even if they come up with the same idea in an original way).

Yes I meant by using different code.

If the code and the graphics are different it does not matter that the idea is the same.

Like the search engines, use different code and graphics but the idea of the search engine remains the same.

Yeah someone might have nicked the idea of dumping and refreshing the content every hour but that does not matter because the code and graphics will be different.

Just like someone nicked the idea of using a text box to search the internet, but the code and graphics are different.
