pHp, Mysql Developer Need to start off a big project $$

Hi, my name is Nick Willever I own Lime Light Radio.com, it currently has a database full of 500 users and it has a php backend, however the php scripts seem to stop working, and I have been going back and forth to get more features and a better design into the site and for the php to stop, that is what tipped me over the edge to get this rolling.

Please note I want to use smarty php, @ smarty.php.net, however if you have reasons not to use it and why something else would be more effective, or your code would be let me know.

I have attached a document showing what I need done now, and what needs to be done after we get the first bulk of the website up. Now before you leave to check the document please note that for each page on the doc I have or will be creating a template for that page so some of your work is done, in terms of design and template. My background is xhtml, css, and I can read other codes but have not tried to learn much. I would like to hear all of your offers on price and cost for the whole package, the first part and then the second part, as to break it up per features needed.

Payment can be in anyway, I am flexible, however paypal seems like a good option. The budget is anywhere to $350 or higher, I am very flexible on the budget has I see your profile I will base my opinion on that and your cost you need to suggest.

Please email me at admin@limelightradio.com or PM me here.

Thank you for taking the time to look this over.

Smarty is generally "too bulky and takes too many resources", which is why I like to stay away from it.

I've read the requirements, and can take on the project, but we're talking significantly more than $350 here.

I'm looking low-mid $xxxx on this one, and of course, prices can be negotiated.

Contract signed, down-payment and proper payment schedule set, I can begin.

I read the requirements myself.. and I agree.. no way I'd do that for anything close to $350.. (add an extra zero onto that price tag and we'll talk )
