In need of web script for site administration

I maintain a site for my wife, www.lorisgliders.com. Almost daily I am going in and adding pictures, changing discriptions, or moving from the avalble page to the adopted page.

Would it be possible for you to create a database driven site that would allow online management by her. It would need to allow for photo uploads and resizing by the server and be very easy for here to maintain.

I have some ideals of what I would like the interface to look like on the admin side. The pages created on the customer side should look something like what is already there.
