I have been looking around for a while now but I cannot seem to find a shopping cart script which suits my needs. I am looking for someone to either create, customize, or refer me to a script which has the features I need.
To start, seeing this is a small and private store, membership is needed to access the store. To gain membership you must meet the requirements, all accounts must be manually approved by me.
My store will only offer maybe one or two products, but with different quantities for each. The ONLY payment methods I will accept is either cash or e-gold, customer must select which one during check out. Each order placed is assigned an order # and a confirmation invoice is sent to the user. I then manually verify all orders. Once verified, users will receive an invoice with payment instructions on the method they selected. Once payment is received another invoice is sent out stating that their order will be shipped in a certain amount of time. Customers will then receive another confirmation invoice once their order is shipped along with a tracking # (if applicable). Two weeks after an order has been shipped all order information will be permanently removed from the database.
I also want the option for customers to write a review on a product, but reviews must be manually verified by me.
That is basically what i'm looking for, but I may come up with some more ideas later on. My budget is limited so payment will not be huge, depending on the difficultly of the work I am willing to pay in the range from low-mid $###.
