Hello,

before you acquire something from shedix.com, take in consideration my experience.

I have acquired the software Email Marketing Software Solutions | Mailing Lists | Newsletter Software by Mailing List Manager Pro, after several emails exchange, I have decided that it could be what I needed. I have installed the script and got an error message, I have sent an email to john@shedix.com , on the first email requesting support, I did receive a reply, but them I got not more replies to my emails, until now I am still waiting for support. Since I was tired of waiting, I have requested a refund, and of course, until today I am waiting...

I have now started a paypal dispute.

it was my mistake, I thought it was a serious companie...

Good to know, i like to use a few programmers and support there work but we need to know the bad ones so we don't have the hassle. sorry you had to go through it for us to find out.

Very bad Service. No Money back! (Mailing List Manager Pro)

Hello everybody,
My english is not well but i will inform you about this company. I have buyed the Mailing Manager ISP for 500$. There was a money back guarantee. I have mailed my problems with the software to the support. But there was no answer. I want my money back like the guarantee on the Website (Email Marketing Software Solutions | Mailing Lists | Newsletter Software by Mailing List Manager Pro). But also no answer!

This company is very unserious!

Need Assistance Mailing List Manager Pro

Mailing List Manager Pro Support

Importing and Exporting Features have not worked in Mailing List Manager Pro. I have tried to contact the support center using the information provided on the support page of the Mailing List Manager Pro website. The telephone number does not work and I have not had anyone respond via email. It has been over 3 weeks and the website says that their support center usually responds within 12 hours.

I need assistance regarding Importing/Exporting using Mailing List Manager Pro - Gold. Can anyone help with the issues? Does anybody have a working support phone number or email address that you have been successful reaching someone at Shedix or Mailing List Manager Pro?

I am having a problem importing a .CSV file and exporting mailing groups with Mailing List Manager Pro - Gold.

The following are the steps I took to Export a specific mailing group:

1-Selected the specific mailing group. The delimiter was changed to a comma from a semi-colon. I even tried leaving it as is.
2-Clicked the "Next" button.
3-Saved the file to my computer.
4-Opened the file (a blank page is displayed)

Internet Explorer & Firefox were used to export the file with the same result - the .CSV file saved to my computer was a blank page.


The following are the steps I took to Import a .CSV file:

1-Selected the .CSV file.
2-Clicked the "Next" button.

Internet Explorer - the screen "refreshed" without any results
Firefox - a blank white screen displayed

My Bad Experience

I purchased the Mailing-Manager Pro - Gold for $199 on December 17, 2009.

The software was easily installed , but the Campaign Manager didn't work . Email are stuck in the outbox. The software, if it would work, would seem to be awesome.

After not being able to resolve the problem on my own, I immediately emailed Support@mailing-manager.com and the next day John Hudson, emailed me back. Additionally, I called their toll free line and the phone was disconnected.

When John replied, he asked for the same information that was already in my email. Login info etc.

So after weeks of trying to get the software to work correctly, I asked for a refund since they offer a "100% No-questions-asked money back guarantee".

Then after getting no results, I filed a dispute with Paypal. Paypal denied my claim. Then I went to the distributor, Digital River. They filed a request with Shedix (the company who owns Mailing Manager Pro). My request has been denied 2 times. I have escalated the request again and will keep continuing to, until one of two things happens. Either one, the software is fixed, or two, I receive a refund of my $199.

So, If you're thinking about buying this software, you might reconsider! I would stay away in a heartbeat!

If you're name is John Hudson, please either fix the issue with the software on my server, or refund my money!

Again, let me say, if the software actually worked, I think it would be great.

If you have experience with Mailing Manager Pro - Gold and know why emails would be sticking in the Campaign Manager's OutBox, please feel free to let me know any advice you might have.
I have installed it on 3 different Linux servers, and on windows server and none of them work.

I believe I was lied to, and it is a fraudulent state for a company to say they have a NO Questions Asked Full 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and then deny a proper request multiple times with no answer as to why it is being denied.

Does anyone have any idea why messages would get stuck in the Campaign Manager's Outbox? I've tried all I can think of.
