ASAPay.com is just an idea based upon financial services of some kind.

Right now I'm looking for venture capitalists and programmers capable of putting together a system of online payments or some kind of money exchange / loan. The market is going to be tuff to penetrate. However I think my name and slogans will attract people in long enough buy or use the projected service.

What can you offer to this project, as of now there is no capital to fund the growth of research and development. The site currently makes money with a simple design that is linked with affiliate based programs. It generates a small revenue, but this is not the main goal of the business.
