I need some features added to a PHP classifieds type script and here they are:

1) Need the script to use basic templates with php extension but have html inside, so it can be called from elsewhere in the script like this include("templates/HeaderTemplate.php");
include("templates/FooterTemplate.php");
include("templates/IntroTemplate.php");

2) Would also like the menu changed so the menu is on the left side instead of the top like it currently is. (this could probably be just another include in a template)

3) The listings already include the users address. I would like the link to mapquest added so that a user can get directions right from the listing via mapquest.

I have paid Andrew to do the tweaking for me and he is doing a great job!
