I need a very basic hosting script.

User Registration
- Profile(Shows the list of uploaded content from this user)

Uploading
1) Video/Mp3(Uploaded and shown on the Profile & a content page is created where the file is streamed, and can be rated(out of 10) and comments can be posted by REGISTERED users only

2) Images - Images are shown, can be rated, and comments can be posted (content page is made)

3) Documents, Zips, Rars, etc. (&other specific filetypes) are assigned a random download link (like domain.com/download.php?fileid=2348532553) and they can download that file there. File is left active for 'x' amount of days. 'x' is defined in admin panel.

Top Files
- A top video page should be created and a top audio page. 'x' amount of results will be displayed: ie: top 'x' -- 'x' is defined in admin panel.

Search
- Search through categories (each file is uploaded to a category/subcategory) and you can find videos/audio that interest you. (documents, zips, and other files listed in the 3rd type of upload function are not indexed when someone searches through the categories, or uses the search form.) -- Both a list of categories should be shown, as well as a search function where you can search for certain text.

Content Pages
- Content pages are jus a page, where the file that was uploaded, is shown.
IE: Videos are streamed
IE: Audio is played (streamed)
IE: Images are shown

Here on this page, *registered(must.be.logged.in)* users can rate the file & post comments.

Also, included on the page, will be the HTML code to embed the file on another website.

- Admin panel
) Basic admin panel is needed. Ability to change filetypes for Function #1, #2, & #3 (which files generate a video/mp3 content page, an image content page, or a random download link)

2) Filetype limits for each functions ^

3) Edit File Description & Details, Delete Files

4) Box where 'x' (for amount of top files displayed) can be changed

5) Box where 'x2' (for how many days random links generated will be on our servers before the file is deleted and the link becomes invalid)

6) Basic solid colored layout is needed, nothing fancy. No flash, no advanced stuff, very basic!

That's all, it's quite easy, but I want it done right.

you're asking for quite a bit of work that is managable via admin panel

if that is exactly everything you say u need i can do it for $325. any changes and additional features are going to take more time, and time is money.

how does it have to be constructed? i use a template system but im not going to "make" ur website, for $325, i just write the code.

Ah, sounds great. I want the site to be fully functional, with a 'basic' layout. Nothing fancy, but i want the site to be 100% functional upon receiving it.
