Looking to hire a coder to make a domain tool

Looking for a coder to create a tool similar to http://dns-tools.domaintools.com/

Must include:

Ping:

Must incldued the following ping types selectable from a drop down menu:

IMCP
UDP
TCP
SYN ACK

Traceroute

DNS

Must be fully custimisable and easy to implement into a template.

Would like something similar to: http://dns-tools.domaintools.com/ as it is all included in the one tool although a seperate tool for each is ok.
