the chosen programmer must have prior experience and have proof of experience. must speak english fluently.
Here's the things that are needed:
-Stay logged in option
-Member photo gallery (10 pics per member, max. member can delete pics)
-Member journal (other members can reply, entries can be deleted)
-Navigation buttons in top right corner on 1 line only.
Communities (forums)
-(BUG) Communities do not show up in the category they were created in.
-add smilies to forums.
-show 1st name only under picture in forums when a post is made.
-(BUG) date is incorrect when a post or reply is made.
-when a reply is made, it should be formatted as RE: "Topic"
-newest topic or reply goes to top of topic lists
-Members who start they're own forums may delete and/or edit posts and replies in the forum they started.
Add to profile
-age (drop down box)
-birthday (month, day, year in drop down boxes)
-state (drop down box)
-children - yes. no. (drop down box)
-show 1st name only
-Members may delete their own pics and journal entries.
-Check for and fix bugs and security problems.
-about me section: when a profile is edited, it shows html tags. strip html tags.
-show 1st name only to members browsing profiles. do not show last name.
-on sign up page, members must agree to terms of service by checking an "i agree" check box.
-members must be at least 18 years old.
-Bad word filter
Add simple admin panel. Delete members. Ban members by Ip and email address. Send out newsletter.

-Forums
-Forum posts and replies
-Pictures from galleries
-Journal entries
