NEED ONLINE SCRIPT FOR ORDERING ADS ON FEMALE'S BODIES

Needs to be done in PHP

Steps for Script

1. End-user will select a girl from the list of photos to advertise on.
2. End-user will select a body part from the list of parts the girl currently has available.
3. End-user will enter their name, company, url, etc, and upload a picture of their ad or describe it.
4. End-user will select from a list, other places where they would like to advertise. They can select multiple items.
5. Print thank you message, or some other configurable message.


This information will then need to be emailed to the specified email address.

I need a solution ASAP or quotes to write this for me!!

Are the girls/body parts already in a database or do you just have a list?

I have a domain.
Just a list. We're still collecting girls.
Our briefing is this month and our launch party is next month

Oh yea, I need to able to add girls and the body parts each girl is willing to show so they can only pick from those.
