Hi, as the title says, i am building a template site, and I will be offering paid and free templates. I like what templatemonster.com has going with there system, but havnt really been able to find a script that suits what I need. I would need it in php. I would want it so you can create more than 1 admin account, and they could submit tutorials. This is just a basic outline of what i will need, and haven't though too much on what i will need. But if someone could give me a quote on something like Templatemonster.com with a Free or Paid option, that would be great.

I wasnt really sure....i was hoping for some quotes and then i could figure out what I was willing to spend from there, so i had an idea on how much something like this would cost. If you submit back with a price, i can go on from there...

£1500 maybe less, depending on how many of template monsters features you need.
