I am looking for a programmer that can do part time work in php and/or perl. Right now we need a guestbook in php. There is no registration or confirmation required, but admin pre-moderation before submissions are viewable is a must. With some sort of tracking, maybe cookies. And the guestbook must be in multipage layout. Also possibly adding three gifs for user ratings.
