Lose the google ads (unless they are forced there by googlepages.com hosting in which case, look for a new host). If you plan on having a multimedia site, you should probably drop $5/month and get some real hosting or else you'll definitely run into a lot of problems. Get a real domain.

Go back to the drawing board on your navigation (which is more confusing than watching a mental patient do a 1000 piece puzzle). Answer this... What are you trying to accomplish with this site? What menu options do you need that would allow visitors and beta testers to easily understand and join your site?
